Pala is an olive oil obtained from a blend of Sicilian cultivars, in which the structure of the Nocellara del Belice prevails.
The olives are harvested by hand as in the past, avoiding to damage and stress the fruit, which will be transformed into oil a few hours after the harvest.
Aromatic Profile: characterized by notes of tomato, artichoke and Mediterranean aromatic herbs. Elegant and tonic on the palate. The bitter and spicy are lively and balanced
Pairing: it is suitable for any use, especially raw on summer salads of tomato, mozzarella, raw and grilled fish.
