Organic Guccione oil is obtained solely from olives grown under organic farming practices, using cultivation and harvesting methods that are respectful of the environment and without the use of pesticides and chemical fertilizers. The predominant cultivars used are Tonda Iblea and Nocellara, harvested when still green in the first half of October and milled shortly after in our mill, following tradition and our quality standards. It's a small step towards taking care of ourselves and the environment that hosts us.
