


Olio Pop 5lt
Olio Pop is an oil obtained from a blend of Sicilian native cultivars, including the most representative ones such as Biancolilla and Nocellara, as well as lesser-known varieties like Moresca and Carolea. The olives are hand-harvested from early to late October, depending on the ripeness of each cultivar.
The harvested olives are transformed into oil within a few hours in our mill, where we utilize technologies that allow us to maximize the potential of the olive at every stage of extraction. Ideal for daily use in the kitchen.
